Faulty Products
In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, please reach out to us with your order number and provide photos or videos clearly showing the fault. Our dedicated team will review the details and promptly arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you. Faulty returns are free of charge via our trusted courier partner.
Change of Mind
If you've had a change of heart about your purchase, we understand! We're happy to arrange a return or exchange for you, provided the goods are unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that for returns due to a change of mind, UK customers will be charged our standard shipping rate. International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, but you may use the courier of your choice.
Refunds
